Are my images uploaded?
No. Your images stay on your device and are processed by your browser. They are never uploaded to a server, and you do not need an account.
Will JPG preserve AVIF HDR and transparency?
JPG output uses a white background for transparency. Original HDR, color profiles and metadata are not guaranteed to survive. This tool accepts static AVIF images only.
What happens to transparency and metadata?
JPG places transparent areas on white. Conversion usually removes metadata and may change color profiles. Keep your originals; HDR and metadata preservation are not guaranteed.
Which files can I convert?
Use static images: up to 20 files per batch, 20 MiB per file, 25 megapixels and 10,000 pixels per dimension. Animated and multi-frame images are not supported. Files are checked by their contents, not just their names.
